This Impact Qualite 300 Two Light Kit is centered around the Impact Qualite 300 Focusing Flood Light. The QL300 provides 300 watts of even light. It has a cool-touch handle for aiming the fixture, and the beam ranges from 21-40°. Each QL300 comes with a 4-leaf barndoor set, safety glass, and 300W bulb. Each fixture sets up quickly on the included Impact Air Cushioned Light Stands.
The 33" translucent umbrellas allow you to soften the light emitted from the fixtures for better portraits and more even lighting for still-life subjects.

Impact Umbrella - White Translucent (33")
Umbrellas soften, broaden, and diminish the light output of any flash light source. Umbrellas with a white interior will soften and weaken light more than an umbrella with a silver lining. A white umbrella without a black backing may also be used as a makeshift softbox, although the use of the light will not be as efficient as with a lightbox.
Choosing umbrella size is determined by the size of the subject, and the strength of the light supply being used. Choosing an umbrella surface is as subjective as choosing a paint and brush.
This Impact 33" White Translucent Umbrella is suggested for use in head-and-shoulders portraits for one or two persons.
