Quality is terrible and not worth the price

Mine came in dirty and the actual padding is not cut to fit the 1560 case. It's close but it does not account for the wheels that protrude inside of the case causing it to be uneven. The lid storage ripped upon opening it for the first time probably due to cheap stitching. For what it is it's way overpriced for the quality. If this was like 50 bucks I wouldn't be complaining but for over a hundred I'd at least expect something semi-decent. PortaBrace has other decent products but this is not one of them

Not as pictured or described

My review includes B&H's lack of customer support. I paid for 1-day shipping so I would get it in time, but it took 5 days and I have yet to get a response about refunding the shipping fee (this was almost two weeks ago at this point). The item itself was not as pictured or described. It didn't include the laptop compartment for the lid, rather it had a lid foam piece with a zipper for cables or random things. The dividers don't fit the case well and have about a two inch gap from the top of the dividers where it's just open. I also have yet to hear from customer service about the item and finally submitted a return request, again I have heard nothing. Very disappointed in the item itself and lack of service from B&H on this.
