Bushnell 19125C overview

  • 1Description

The Bushnell Deluxe Binocular Harness Strap is designed to allow you to use your shoulders and torso instead of just your neck to support the weight of binoculars, rangefinders, or light cameras.  The straps are made of an elastic material which allows you to keep your device comfortably upon your chest even when engaging in an active, bouncing activity such as riding a horse.  When perfectly positioned, you'll have your optics just below your chin so that you barely have to move them to be sighting quickly.

This deluxe version has a wide, perforated panel for your back, to best support heavy binoculars with big, heavy objective lenses.

    Bushnell 19125C reviews

Deluxe Binocular Harness Strap (Black, Clamshell Packaging) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 41.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bino Harness For Point and Shoot I bought this with the intention of using it for my Point and shoot while hiking. I attached a couple of key rings to my camera strap near the camera body. I clipped the rings to the harness clips. The camera didn't bounce during my hike. The camera has a 28-525 zoom with a lens hood. The harness held the camera against my body even during hilly terrain. I did try it with a DSLR with an 18-200 VR lens. It did bounce due to the weight of the lens, but it took the weight of the strap off my neck and onto my shoulders. This is a great harness. I may buy a second one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid accessory I use these on a pair of beater binos. They do a great job of keeping the binos on your chest, ready for action, but out of your hands. The elastic is such that they stay tight to the chest, but can pull up and out to your face quickly. This is a solid product. I'd give them a five star if I felt the fabric was more heavy duty, more durable. As it is, I have a funny feeling that it will fail, and suddenly, on me one day. But the design is good, it works really well and I like this harness. I would buy another for other binos with no problems. I'm 6'3, 250 lbs and this product fits me, so bonus points to Bushnell!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from stress free and hands free easy to get harness on, even over bulky clothing, binos are light as a feather with harness, distributes weight well, they free up your hands binos always at your finger tips. clips to attach to your binos could be a little simpiler i believe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unfortunate Design Change Everyone should consider a harness for binoculars. Really takes the pressure off your neck. I previously purchased this same harness, but it no longer includes the sturdy attachment clips to connect the binoculars to the harness, just small pieces of black string that do not make me feel the binoculars are very securely attached. The harness itself is still good, but a big disappointment that the product was redesigned and cheapened since my last purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like things which work I needed a harness capable of carrying a heavier load than my normal binoculars. This harness carries my Nikon D40 with either of the lenses quite well. It holds the camera up off my belt line, yet is quite easy to get the camera into shooting position quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broad Shoulder Support I use this product to keep the weight of my binoculars off my neck but positioned on my chest for quick use. Unlike other straps, the Bushnell leather patch that fits on my back is large and distributes the weight of the binoculars more evenly reducing fatique. This device would also work for DSLR cameras with normal lenses but might not be strong enough to support heavier camera/lens combinations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Skeptical at first, way better than strap I was very skeptical at first about using this harness, as it seemed a little silly. However, after 5 days in the bush in Zimbabwe's Hwenge National Park walking and riding in a Land Rover, I can say that this is a much better way to carry and hold your binoculars than a neck strap. When you are out for hours or days, the load on your neck can get to be quite uncomfortable, but the harness distributes the load effectively. The mesh back panel does a good job of ventilation, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect I bought this for my new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200. Fits well and holds the camera where I want it to. I do a lot of hiking and this important. Added a spare chest strap from one of my old Camelbak packs and now it's perfect. Well made and supports the camera's weight evenly.
