question

How far is it accurate for the Red Deagon camera while shooting on 6k or a 4k? Is it really helpful using this?
Asked by: Anonymous
Products like this are very helpful for directors to visualize shots. It offers 35mm at focal lengths from 18-200mm and Anamorphic between 30-400mm. It should be a big help when shooting a film with a Red Dragon.

question

Does one of the settings (2/3, 1/2, 1/3, etc) correspond with APS-C Canon sensor size? If so, which one? Thanks.
Asked by: Tim G.
I have used this with the different version of the ARRI Alexa with different primes, and it is not accurate - but it is still useful as a guideline for which lens you want to go with and for testing/setting up your shot.
