The Listec 17" Off-Camera Prompter with Software, part of the Entrée range, is suitable for traditional style ENG cameras and mini DV camcorders. It features a 17" VGA flat panel display with fold-down mirror and soft hood, a tripod with spreader, and the Listec A-6000WIN InstantEdit Prompter software. It is useful when a prompter is not needed on a regular basis, or when the camera tripod cannot support an on-camera prompter. When used with a dolly, the off-camera prompter can be rolled into position for immediate prompting, and when completed, can be easily stored away. 50,000 hours of backlight life mean long-lasting value for money.
The display has a 1280 x 1024 native resolution; its 160° (horizontal / vertical) viewing angle, 300 nits brightness, and 2000:1 contrast ratio ensure wide visibility and clarity. The Listec A-6000 WIN InstantEdit Prompter software is used when the presenter controls the scrolling output, or along with an image reverser to maintain normal mode on the computer screen for preview. A USB security key offers copy protection.
