hahnel HC-50D Infrapro overview

  • 1Description

The Hahnel Innovative Accessories HC-50D Infrapro BatteryGrip is designed for the Canon EOS 50D, 40D, 30D & 20D digital cameras. The grip allows you to use with 1 or 2 Li-Ion batteries, even if they have different charge levels. You can also use the AA battery tray to power your camera with Ni-MH or alkaline AA batteries. Camera handling is improved with a lower point of gravity with the BatteryGrip in place, especially when long focal lenses are used.

The BatteryGrip also features a vertical shutter release that makes shooting with the camera in a vertical position just as comfortable as shooting horizontally. The BatteryGrip has a built-in infrared receiver. This is specially designed for digital SLRs without an integrated infrared remote receiver. The included Infrared remote control can be used to activate this built-in receiver up to 39' (12m) away. The remote control transmitter provides autofocus before shutter release and continuous shutter release or bulb function for as long as the button remains pressed.
