Corners of the reflector need re-inforcement

Have had a number of these over the years and the corners of the fabric reflector always tear and you end up gaffer-taping them - surely they can re-inforce them with leather corners or something similar

I purchased the Sunbounce pro reflector kit years ago. It got left behind when I was traveling on assignment. It's one of those tools that use it so often it becomes part of your flow. It's a slight pain to assemble but once it's up it's awesome. So I had to purchase a new one and it's exactly the same.

The zipper on the case was broken upon arrival. I contacted SunBounce though their warranty claim email address on their website. I only wanted the case replaced not the other 9 components of the frame. This is a direct quote (copied and pasted with spelling and typos) from the reply I got from my submitted warranty claim: “Ou company is in Germany, becouse of time and cost we are not able to deal with claims.” BE WARNED: I investigated the Sunbounce warranty before purchasing. I rarely read warranty pages on websites. But I did this time and I was DECEIVED and DUPED by sunbounce. With no warranty and no parts, this is a throw away system of plastic and thin aluminum components. I regret investing in Sunbounce products.

This is my 3rd Sun Bounce reflector purchase and I am happy with all three. Assembly may not be as quick as some others - but it does get quicker with practice - the final result is outstanding. Materials an build are top notch. And the reflector material is stretched tightly on the frame giving a wrinkle free surface. Most are light enough to attach to a light stand with a grip so if you are on your own this is a huge plus. There are a few setup tips that are found on their website so be sure to check those out. I would highly recommend and am buying more Sun Bounce products

Takes a little longer to assemble than the self deploying, but very good to use when there is a wind. Easy to get and maintain a good grip. Rectangular shape can be useful to block wind for flower shots on the mini.

I always have two setup and ready on any location shoot. The silver and a zebra. They are the best and easy for an assistant to hold in the wind.

What is the size of the sipping container of the Sunbounce SUSBPK46SW?

We got ours last Christmas so I can't measure it out our remember exactly but I'm thinking that it was a box about 4 feet long. MAYBE 1 foot squared in width/depth. It wasn't huge but somewhat big if you were going to travel with it. Hope this helps. I'm sorry that I can't give you more precise info.
