The Shure SLX4 is a single-channel rackmount wireless receiver housed in a rugged metal chassis. It is compatible with the SLX1 bodypack and SLX2 handheld transmitters as well as the MX690 boundary and MX890 desktop base transmitters. The receiver offers high-quality, reliable audio to presenters, clergy, lecturers, and performers working in business and educational settings, houses of worship, theaters, or on musical stages.

Fast Setup and Dependable Performance

  • Auto-scan instantly locates a clear, interference-free channel for safe transmission
  • Predictive-diversity technology uses a microprocessor to switch antennas before dropouts occur, greatly improving reception
  • The receiver operates in a 24 MHz UHF tuning range with 960 selectable frequencies available
  • Allows for up to 12 wireless mics transmitting simultaneously in the same space
  • Automatically synchronize the frequency between the transmitter and the receiver via the easily accessible infrared (IR) port 
  • Shure’s patented Audio Reference Companding delivers crystal-clear audio with a 45 Hz to 15 kHz frequency response
  • Detachable 1/4 wave antennas
  • Multifunction, backlit LCD showing group, channel, frequency, transmitter battery strength, and locked/unlocked status
