    Casio ARDX reviews

ARDX Double-X Keyboard Stand is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good buy for the price I read a lot of comments regarding this item with widely differing opinions. The key thing to me was to be able to install it at a height that would be conducive to playing while seated. This was accomplished by assembling it at a rotated 90 degree angle. While the instructions did not address this assembly method per se, I read other reader reviews that assured it could be done, and it just took a few trial orientations and matching up the holes correctly to accomplish this. Once I had it assembled and set at the correct height, it has worked very well. It holds my Casio Privia PX-150 88 key electric piano without any wobbling at all. I am very pleased with the purchase so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for the price I bought this because it was the cheapest double-x keyboard stand I could find on BH. I wanted something sturdy, but I didn't need anything extremely fancy. It holds my keyboard well, shakes a little bit but it's not distracting. My keyboard is pretty large anyway, so it's to be expected. I wish it could go a little lower, and I wish I could simply collapse it and set it up again without having to manually undo the screw every time that holds the height in place, but I'm okay with that, especially considering the prices of some of the other stands I was looking at compared to this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not recommended for accurate playing This stand does its job, sure. But when playing arpeggios and quick passagi, this stand has strong tendency to wobble, making accuracy much more difficult. I'd recommend getting a much more sturdy and secure stand if you're really going to put your keyboard through the paces. Otherwise, chordal stuff works great against this stand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid stand but difficult to adjust The stand works fine for me; it's supporting a 50# Yamaha Piano very well. The method of adjusting height is complex and does not adjust easily; not an issue for me since it doesn't move. Had to try 2-3 combinations to make it fold up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy Stand I bought this stand for my daughters CDP 130 88 key Keyboard. This stand holds the keyboard with ease and does not wobble or slide off. I ordered from B&H A few days before Christmas and they expedited quickly and it came on time and in tip top shape!! I will definitely buy from B&H again would recommend this stand and this seller to all my friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good stand Used with a CP 33 full size keyboard. Good, sturdy stand - great quality for the price. Little tricky to set up, but that could be because I'm uncoordinated when it comes to putting things together. Would be nice if it had an extra notch or two to get the keyboard a little lower, but then again, I'm short - I do ok sitting on a phone book.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Take The assembly was fairly easy - can be a bit annoying while trying to attach tubes. Overall structure is firm and stable. I use it for a 40 gallon reptile tank. Only downside for me is that I have another Keyboard Stand and the height adjuster is spring loaded so its easier to change. This model is screw based. So its a bit more cumbersome.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing assembly; keybrd moves around The legs and braces have a specifc (not very intuitive) way of assembly. Feels sturdy once assembled but even though it is a compatible keyboard, there is nothing to grip it. Keyboard is just sitting on the top rods and easily moves around - not great if you have young kids around the house.
