    Induro BHD0 reviews

BHD0 Ballhead is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from okay for small camera if your planning to upgrade your camera or lens in the future get the BHDO1 instead. i tried this on a 7D with 70-200 II it will hold it but if you left it for more than 5 minutes unattended it will creep on you. B&H exchanged it with no problem what so ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made with good control. I had a very basic ball head and wanted to upgrade to something a little nicer. The Induro ball head has worked out great for me. The head appears pretty well made. It is very nicely finished with attention to detail. The controls are responsive and have a secure feel to them when you want to lock things down. Like most photo equipment, it took a few outings to learn what knobs did what. But after a little use it becomes almost second nature. I think the size of camera and lenses Induro recommends for this head is just about right. I use my gripped Canon 60D on it with with a 70-300 with no problems--but that is about as large as I would go before moving up in head size. Combined with a matching Induro tripod they make a great combination for nature/outdoor photography if you are the type that likes to hike.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light tripod very nice and smooth ballhead. It's great for photo enthusiasts who don't carry very heavy gear. So far I've had it work quite well with my CT014 tripod and has been quite stable even with my 70-300 lens with extension tubes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little ballhead Needed a compact head for travel, that had to be easy and quick to use, as well as reasonably sturdy. With the Induro BHDO i have just what i wanted. The head and quick release functioned smoothly and locked up solid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stronge hold and smooth operation I needed a small tripod with enough strength to hold a DSLR with L series glass. Coupling this head to the Oben TT100 tripod gives enough lift to raise the camera off the ground or table for fine adjustment while providing enough strength to hold the camera in place while snapping pics. This combination is a great small travel tripod when I don't have enough room for my Benro Travel Angel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its Just a ballhead I bought this for the Induro CT114 tripod I picked up. This is my first real ballhead (not counting the cheap FleaMart junk I've used). Comparing it to many other ballheads, I just went with the Induro because i have an Induro tripod. Now for the gripes...since all of the ballheads I looked at have all of the knobs in the same location, I've noticed that I would have to position the ballhead so the portrait position slot is on my left which positions the tightening knob in the front. as I am holding and composing the camera with the right hand, I would have to reach around the front to loosen or tighten into position. something I would have to get used to but sometimes awkward. But all of the ballheads I've look at have the same knob positions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good buy I paired this with the Induro 8M AT214 tripod. I am very happy with the solid construction. I love the flexibility of the ball movement. You can easily switch the camera from portrait and landscape. It does take awhile to get used to. There are three knobs on the head and I'm still trying to figure out which knob does what. It's especially confusing when I'm concentrating on shooting the scene and I have to stop and figure out the mechanics of the head! But I'm sure with practice this will become second nature. It holds my camera and a smaller lens very well. I had to mount the 70-200 VR lens directly onto the tripod since the balls rolls forward even in locked position with this heavier lens on when the camera is mounted. I'm happy with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Ballhead This is a great bullhead if your just starting out in photography like myself. I been you using it for a couple of weeks now and loving it. Quality solid built, the Arca-Swiss quick release works great. I mainly use this for landscape and HDR along with Induro Alloy 8M AT114 Tripod. So far I can't say anything bad about it.
