This bag was too flimsy for the price, so I returned it and bought a Vanguard bag I like better.

Zipper is meh but design is great and it fits tripod +

Great design, it fits Manfrotto Mt190cxpro4 Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit With 322rc2 Grip Action Ballhead with a squeeze, which is great. Zip is not great quality however and I wish they'd opted for YKK zippers. I'd pay the $5 extra for smoother zips. But the carrying strap is great, nice and wide and it looks COOL.

Holds the tripod but without the head

Great for keeping and transporting a tripod, but the case will not accommodate a tripod with a head attached.

Works as you'd expect

I can fit 3 of the reverse folding light stands in this bag, works as youd expect. The only con would be the zipper seems a bit tight, hopefully it breaks in.

it was an experiment

I used it for the first time yesterday for a photo class at the Japanese garden at the Chicago Botanic Garden I put it on over my back where it stayed until needed. A bit difficult to put the tripod in the bag but I think it is just because I am not used to doing that.

A bit expensive

Compared to similar sized soft cases it's on the expensive side but the quality is good and colors match with most of my other cases.

Very thin and light...

I bought this bag for my good Manfrotto Tripod, based on the reviews, but those reviews were greatly affected by customer "null" who reviews multiple times, on many items! (16 of the 74 reviews here, are his). The case is very thin, and hard to open and close due to the weak zipper. I think this might have been intended to be given free with the tripod, but Manfrotto has changed over the many years that I'm buying their products. It may have been stuffed with bubble wrap for the stock photo, because that's the only way that I got it to hold that shape! If you are looking for value, the Ruggard brand cases and bags are far superior. I bought one at the same time, just in case and there is no comparison, and it was half the price too! As usual, the B&H delivery was fast, and well packed. I trust B&H for most of my Gear!

question

hi b&h sales experts, i'm looking a perfect fit bag of this kind for my MT190XPRO 3 Section with Q90 Column lEGS with a MHXPRO 2W 2WAY pan/tilt HEAD? I prefer no snug no loose fit. Thanks!
Asked by: Anonymous
This bag, the MBAG70N, can fit tripods that when folded are up to 26.7 inches long. The MT190XPRO3 is 23.2 when folded while the MHXPRO-2W is 3.9 tall, meaning when they combined the folded length is a total of 27.1 and just a bit too big for this case. Instead you'd want to look at B&H #MABMABAG75N which is the next size up and gives you room to fit a tripod up to 29.5 tall when folded.

question

Will this bag fit a Manfrotto MT190XPR04 tripod with a Manfrotto MVH502AH head?
Asked by: Daniel
it's pretty tight actually... I have a 501hdv head on it and I am not able to zip it all of the way, due to the shape of the head. It's designed for smaller heads. GREAT stix, love them, and use the 90 degree turn a lot too!

question

Will this bag fit my manfrotto 055cxpro3 carbon fibre tripod with 498RC2 ball head?
Asked by: Byungo C.
My tripod is a MT294c3 ( 24 folded )i have the 496rc2, I believe it to be 1 less than 498rc2. With the plate folded there's room left in the bag that covers that differenceTilt Your mounting plate and it should be Ok.

question

Will this bag (MBAG70N) fit a Manfrotto 190X 3 Section Aluminum Tripod with XPRO Fluid Head?
Asked by: Mariloly F.
I can't check my Manfrotto tripod model at the moment, but I know that this bag is too short for it by several inches. You might ask the B&H folks if they have its dimensions.
