The UPDR80/RSAE3 3-Year Advance Exchange Program (AE) from Sony is offered for use with the UP-DR80 Professional Roll Printer.
AE provides Customers with a total of 3 years coverage from date of purchase. Under AE, customers are entitled to (at Sony's discretion) the exchange of defective components with a new or refurbished replacement unit of comparable functionality. Advance units exchange are available next business day service if the call is received before 7:30pm EST, Monday through Friday (the exchange will occur within 24 hours of the next business day if the call is received after 7:30pm EST, Monday through Friday; weekends; or on a Sony holiday). Also included are shipping costs.
