Rockland Classic Sensitizer FA-1 produces a warm black image and is commonly used in classic printing techniques such as VanDykes. When you use it on a T-Shirt, you can create a permanent image that will not adversely affect or stiffen the material.
This is easy to use since no special equipment, other than a halogen bulb, is required. You do not need a darkroom - only room light. The only requirement is a negative transparency to work from - which can be made with an ink jet printer, laser copier and some transparency film.
Starting with any kind of original (black and white or color), merely scan (or photo copy) it. Then, print with black ink on to transparency film. When you use it, you contact it on to the sensitized surface using a halogen bulb.
Note: You can also take your artwork to any office supply store like Kinko's and order a black & white transparency
