Sony NP-BN1 reviews

NP-BN1 Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery Pack (3.6V, 600mAh) is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value for Sony brand battery Using this battery as a backup for a Sony CyberShot. I could have purchased a knock off battery but I was concerned that the specs were not identical. The price I paid was much more than the knock offs, but was the lowest price I could find for a Sony brand NP-BN1.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need a rubber band The battery charger works fine. Nice compact design and can plug directly into the wall without a cable. The only thing that could be better is that the battery will fall out if it get's bumped. I use this product on the go and would loose the battery as soon as the charger is slightly moved if I don't put a rubber band around it to hold it into place. It could be designed slightly differently to hold the battery tighter. But if you are just using this on a desk or at the wall outlet, it works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well for me I've always been impressed and pleased with the life of Sony's proprietary batteries. In my experience, they're always better than the after market substitutes. I almost always buy at least one extra battery for any of my Sony cameras just in case I need more shots than one is good for. I think that's happened only with video cams. I don't recall it ever happening with one of the still cameras.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again. I am a Commissioning Agent for Mechanical-Plumbing-Electrical systems, and I take a lot of pictures. I purchased this battery to use as my back-up, which allows me to continue working without having to stop and charge the battery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! My wife wanted an extra battery for her camera from the camera manufacturer. Other websites offered it at higher prices. We got it at a much better price, and it arrived promptly. Thanks B&H!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Essential for your camera I use this battery in my TX7. If you shoot HD, this is a must, since the battery won't last long. It is light and tiny, so never a problem to carry one or two in your pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exact OEM Battery This is the same exact battery that came with my Sony TX5 camera. I needed a back up battery for our upcoming vacation and this is exactly what I wanted. Perfect.
