It is what I needed after mine broke. Cheaper than buying a whole new unit, but still expensive.

Works Great!!

Using this with a Shure 183 element in a marching band situation (Trumpet and Sax solos) and is working GREAT!!

question

What does it come with does it connect to whatever speaker or mixer is it wireless and does it come with the body pack and all that or what?
Asked by: Luis S.
The AT8418 is a mount that allows you to position certain Audio-Technica microphones, which are sold separately, on to a musical instrument.

question

To clip it on your eyeglass arm as a boom aimed at your mouth, would it pull too much on one's plastic eyeglass frame to be able to walk while wearing it?
Asked by: Scott
It would definitely pull on eyeglass frames. It's a pretty substantial little clip. Used on brass instrument bells it's great, but they are solid compared to glasses.
