Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Second Tier B&H offered the best price for this items I had ever seen. I had been looking for a second tier for quite some time but never quite found what I needed until I saw this. I keep a keyboard on my bottom tier and needed something that could handle a drum machine, and a oscillator synth on the second tier. This was perfect! Very nice, sturdy product and great price. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Essential for laptop/keyboardists Great, I'm using it to hold my Macbook as well as an Novation Launchpad, and it works great, no problems. As I have done with all the other tiers of my stand, I remove the top endpieces on the tubes to attach more, in this case my mic boom attachment. I have not gigged with it yet, though I don't foresee any problems. It collapses a lot saving on space.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made it work for me! I have a On Stage KS7350 Heavy Duty Folding-Z Keyboard Stand it isn't meant for it I had to drill holes in the area where you adjust the height and was able to make this unit fit and lock perfectly. It states that you can use a square circular surface to mount however it did not work for this unit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as verSatile as itnappeqrs I boughtnthis product to add two items to my keyboardnrig. FirsT, the distance between the tiers is limited becausenit wont secure to the middle part. And i had to cut a part of the stand to be able to use the lower settings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I purchased the On-Stage KSA8000 to use for my laptop. It attached very easily to an old X stand that I already had. It's a very sturdy, well-made product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what the Dr. ordered! I use this 2nd tier to hold a mixer and/or interface and a drum machine above my keyboard. What's great about it is that I have a convenient and logical place for all those items now with short audio and MIDI cable runs between all the items. It's exactly what I wanted and works exactly as I'd hoped. Also since the arms allow for different widths, I can add a larger or longer item in later if I upgrade the mixer for instance. What's not so great is that some of the knobs are of a different type than shown on the diagram (slight issue when trying to visually follow along to the assembly directions) and that the arms were in an awkward position initially which was confusing when trying to match their position as shown on the assembly directions. Once I figured it out I just loosened the arms and put them into a position which allowed for mounting. So some slight issues on assembly. Also getting your end caps off the stand you're mounting to might be a battle (hammer and screwdriver for me) but that's not exactly an issue of this stand unless you're mounting something else (like the mic attachment) to this stands bars. One other very minor issue was that it didn't come with the tethered cork style end caps. I contacted the manufacturer and they resolved the issue immediately. Thanks On Stage Stands!
