The 1SKB-R6W 6U Roto Rolling Rack from SKB provides a safe, secure and heavy-duty way to transport your audio equipment. The case is produced through a process called rotational molding - a 3-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Once cooled, this plastic material forms a strong bond that minimizes sagging and potential collapse.

The case is also supplied with a trigger release latching system with TSA approved recessed latches for added security. The threaded steel rails provide stability and balance for your gear along with a rear access door for ease of installation and removal of equipment. The case's rear rack rails provide even more load capacity particularly when loading exceptionally heavy items like large amplifiers and sound recording equipment. The case contains built-in in-line wheels making portability even easier while navigating through airports, parking lots and stage ramps. In addition, you'll have a telescopic pull handle as well as a cushioned carry handle. Backed by SKB's limited lifetime warranty, this case delivers peace of mind for those who need a travel case that assures your gear will arrive intact.

Excellent for transporting heavy recording sound equipment - amplifiers, signal processors and similar gear
Industrial grade steel threaded rails - screw mount installation and removal

Provides excellent stability for excessive loads

1SKB-R6W 6U Roto Rolling Rack (Black) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality road case We move around quite a bit and do around 60-80 shows a year. So, I've seen my share of cases that just don't hold up and are more of a display case than a road case. We have our wireless recievers and the head (front rails) of out digital snake (rear rails) in this rack and it is solid... The wheels work well and the newly designed latches are great! My only concern is that the pull-out handle is a bit wobbly... When we only had 30# of gear in there it was fine, but after adding another 20#, it's a bit more bend-prone... Although it's been fine, the handle might be the weak point overall. All that said, I love this case and actually ordered it's smaller sister recently and look forward to getting it today or tomorrow. As a side note, SKB is amazing with warranty issues. I've had a latch break on another smaller case and they sent another latch out, no questions asked. Good stuff...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Case - comes with screws (or at least mine did) When I ordered mine there was no mention of it having any screws for the rails being included. So I ordered a package of screws at the same time only to find it was not necessary as the case came with screws (30). It would be good if the description mentioned this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Case! Love The Wheels!!! Good solid case with nice latch locks. Just a bit bulky than others when it's set on a table, but adds to equipment protection

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Patches are very easily broken SKB is very good about replacing broken and worn parts. That being said, the latches on these break way to easily. I've had 3 instances of the latches cracking on a flight.
