    Atdec VF-AT reviews

VF-AT-D Display Mount with Dual Articulating Arms (Silver) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, not great If you need a good two monitor stand with flexible position adjustments this is a good product. If the occasional bounce of a monitor bugs you look elsewhere to a heavier, all steel product. You get what you pay for. It does what I need, opens up my desk top workspace for my work. I have two NEC EA232WMi monitors and I think they are at the limits of this stand. The adjustments hold but the monitors can be a little bouncy at times when others are in the room. The desk is heavy and solid. (I have my desk on a wood floor.) I also don't care for the stretch out plastic, finger style monitor mounting brackets. I would prefer a steel or aluminum plate pre drilled with rubber grommet spacers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Twin 24 I love how this allows me to position twin 24 monitors exactly how I want them, right above my home studio mixer. The monitors are old surplus LG monitors, and seem pretty heavy (maybe 15-18 lbs each). I was worried that the mount was too small, but the included instructions showed how the mounting gear telescopes and it wound up fitting perfectly. It was a little awkward mounting everything; I wound up un-bolting the mount from the desk, mounting the displays, and then re-bolting the mount to the desk. 'Would recommend getting a second set of hands if mounting larger / heavier monitors. In the end, I love the result, and wish I would've gotten this mount earlier. Well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for money I don't normally give 100% ratings but I feel that for the price of this product and for what you get it deserves full marks. We were comparing models with Humanscale and overall value beat Humanscale outright. Assembly is pretty straight forward and build quality is very sturdy. This unit easily takes the weight of two 24' Acer monitors with no sag. I particularly like the dock for the alan key for future tightening, very nice touch. Overall I believe that for the price you cannot go wrong! Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product, I bought 10 Bought them for our work computers as we have a lot of dual screen computers. they look schmick, and are relatively easy to adjust and install. With the clamp, they do not work so well on a deep desk, so we just drilled a hole and bolted them on. the range of adjustment is excellent - a little tricky to get them in perfect position, but on the whole very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome Very easy to use and set up. It's as stable as a desk mount can be. Easy to adjust and handle. The cable system is also good, but unfortunately the cables does not go inside the rod and true your desk, but on the out side. All in all, I'm very pleased with the mount. But I do not recomend this for two 24.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy I compared with a few other brands, primarily Planar, and found the Atdec to be a much better value. While the Planar AS2 will (barely) fit 2 x 24 1080P monitors, this Atdec model with articulating arms could fit much wider (I have two Samsung Syn aster 2343's (which are actually 21.5 wide) and when pushed apart, I'm left with 8.5 between them). Not sure I would go larger than two 24 monitors though, because it may not support the added weight (the box says it will support up to 24 models--and max weight 17.5 lbs. each). I use the Planar AS2 at work, and another detractor is that it does not have the height of this model (3 difference). Atdec provided three different lengths of mounting screws (Planar only one), and the mounting head can be adjusted to fit either 75mm or 100mm mounting pattern. Check out the 3D view and other pics on @. Finally, Thank You to B&H ... the price was $45 cheaper than my otherwise preferred ... site.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well engineered product The dual articulating arm is well built with quality materials. The mount is easy to use and I have only one complaint ant that is that the adjustment for raising/lowering the monitors is a bit hard to adjust. I don't think this will be much of an issue as once you get the height set to your preference it will likely stay there. Other than that one observation I would recommend this to anyone that wants to gain more desktop real estate while looking for the proper positioning of your computer monitor(s).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy installation and performs well Drilled a 3/8 hole in my desk to mount the riser, very secure. Easily connected two 24 monitors which are light. Had some concerns about the arms slipping down the riser, but my monitors are light and I did not have to modify the riser to keep the arms from slipping. Drilled a hole in my desk behind the riser to run monitor cables, don't have to look at a rat's nest of cables on the desk. Functions as designed, satisfied with the quality.
