Rated 5 out of 5 by from worked as expected Using the cable to connect a Sony PDW-HD1500 to an Avid Symphony Nitris NLE. Worked as soon as it was hooked up without any issue. The 15 feet of legnth gave us the ability to have the two pieces of equipment in two different racks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Perfectly I rearranged my home office and needed a 15' Firewire cable. B&H was the only one I found that had it in stock ... B&H has everything! I was worried about speed since I went from a 6' cable to the 15'. Can't tell a difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed What can you say about a cable? There it is. Looks nice, all black. But when you need to connect a printer at one end of a long desk to the computer under another desk a distance away, a 15' cable is exactly what you need. And this one works. Just plug one end into the printer, the other into the firewire port on the computer, and now they talk to each other. Amazing, isn't it?!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality Used to connect eight SONY DSR-1500A decks up to corresponding Adobe Premier Edit bays. I thought they were a bit expensive for what they are. That being said, I have had absolutely no issues with compatibility
