How can I change the levels? The sound is too base heavy. I'm using a Mac.
Asked by: John
You can control the bass on the Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 control pod. If you want more fine tuned control, you can download a free utility like eqMac to have more specific control using an Equalizer.

Would these be good inexpensive speakers to work as monitors with GarageBand on a MacBook Pro with a Saffire interface?
Asked by: Skip
I'm so sorry, but I have windows 10. These speakers and sub woofer kicks butt, I really could not believe it, pay 1,600 for a Asus 17.3" (and 49.99 for a speaker system?), simple setup, plug in and go to settings for audio. It plugs into a round headphone female outlet, and then setup the speakers with the 'Blue' sound/volume knob which comes with the system. Then go to your puter audio, headset settings and play with the options, you can always go back to reset. It shocked me, and when I had friends over they complimented me on my sound system ($49.99,...shh). Enjoy, and B&H is a very good place with honest people.

question

I just received mine and set it up, all is good except the headphone out volume is really low. In order to get to a comfortable volume I have to turn it all the way up. Then when I unplug the headphones it's loud, as I would expect. Anyone else experience this?
Asked by: Chris B.
I have the same problem and I never found a solution for this sadly. The headphone out is low. No way around it as far as I know.

question

will this work on my t v ?
Asked by: grant K.
That would depend on the type of audio outs you have on your TV. It uses a standard audio plug, not an HDMI or USB. The sound is good but if you are using it for a large room attached to your TV it will probably not be enough.
