question

Hi, I own an A7s and I need an original Sony lens for aerial shoting so I can use autofocus feature, that otherwise dosen't work with non-Sony lenses. My question here is, will autofocus with this lens work on my a7s and how good it is? slow and jittery or it works nicely ? I know i'll need to shot in aps-c mode btw.
Asked by: Gregor V.
If you plan to use a Sony A mount lens on an E mount camera, you need the A to E mount adapter, which will retain all electronic lens functions without issue.

question

Considering the auto focus speed, this product will perform like SELP1650?
Asked by: Pablo P.
I don't think this is a bad lens but it didn't meet my needs. I opted to invest a lot more and opted for the Sony Vario Tessar T* E 16-70 f4 lens. It is a magnificent lens! What else would one expect from Zeiss? Sorry, I can't tell you anything about the SELP1650.

question

is this compatible with a6000?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, this lens is compatible with the a6000. All features worked fine. Depending on your demands for quality this lens may be adequate. However, I found the lens inadequate and opted to upgrade to the Zeiss 1670. What a beautiful lens it is!
