The 120GB G3 SSD from SanDisk is a solid state drive with a 2.5" SATA form factor. This solid state drive has a capacity of 120GB and is able to write and read data up to twice as fast as hard disk drives. It also is able to endure shocks and vibrations without damage. Unlike HDDs, the SSD doesn't use moving parts, allowing it to operate with far less noise. It provides very low power consumption, making it ideal for use with portable computers.
