SurCode for Dolby Digital 5.1 Encoder for Adobe Premiere Pro - Plug-In is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as easy as it sounds! It dose work, or I now at least have all the previously inaccesable codecs available to me, but what a mission. The activation of the SurCode Plug-In for Premier Pro, is only the first step in a steep learning curve of how to burn your final product onto a DVD or BluRay in 5.1 surround. I have still to find a full proof method. There is so much conflicting info on the web about this process. Please NOTE, that when mastering your disk through Encore, you will not be able to hear your wonderfull 5.1 surround sound, but it WILL be on the disk that you burn, or so I have been told.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Necessary if you need 5.1 The product meets the expectations and does what it advertises. 5.1 Dolby Digtal for blu rays and DVDs. The ordering and getting the activation code process took more than 10 days. Not sure if that is the norm for this product or if something went wrong in this order. I had to make multiple calls to bh to get status because Minnetonka won't respond to anything until you register. This is the first time ever in my shopping experience with BH that this happened so I have to assume it had to do with this specific product. If you are on a tight deadline you are better off planning and ordering ahead of time. Give at least two weeks.I cannot recommend or not recommend this product even though I have chosen recommend. I couldn't get AAC compression to show up in 5.1 so I got this because it was my only choice. If you are creating a movie just for the web with no DVD or Blu Ray you may not need it. It is pricey considering I got the entire master collection for low price.
