    On-Stage WSR7500RB reviews

WSR7500RB Rack Cabinet (Rosewood with Black Steel) is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really, really bad Just received this today and built it tonight. Build quality is very low. I expect to be able to build it and install my gear. Nope. Not only did the top mounting holes not line up with the frame (I had to drill two of my own holes), the cross brace, when tightened, makes the opening too small for a standard piece of gear. I made it work, but that's just because I don't want to return it. I wouldn't buy this again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone for anything. The one thing I like about it is the top is nice and roomy for a mixer or other gear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor on On Stage standards even First off, it's a 70's dark brown woodgrain, not this reddish color in the picture. Second, it's extremely poorly designed and built. The guide holes are all off, you have to know how to build things to put it together, and even then mine came out tilted and there's no way to fix that. It's budget 70's computer furniture...miserable woodgrain melamine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regretting my purchase I bought this for two reasons: To rack my new gear (preamp, compressor, headphone amp), and to use the top as a desktop (for an imac). The oversized top is nice, as are the wheels, but that's where the good ends. The build quality on this unit is just bad. No other way to say it. If I had bought this from a local brick & mortar store, I would have returned it immediately. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the rack mounts do not line up, and the finish is a paper-thin veneer that is already peeling (two weeks). The pre-drilled holes on the wood sides and top look like they were done with a dull steak knife. I'm not kidding. I had to drill my own holes on the top because the pre-drilled holes did not line up with the sides correctly. and the fact that the top is used as part of the structure (no metal cross-brace on the top) is weak. Four tiny screws into particle board. I'm pretty handy, and not afraid to cut or drill or whatever when I need to. So... I made it work. I wasn't going to ship this back 2500 miles. However, in the future, I will either spend the money and buy a trusted brand (with good reviews), or find a local seller so I can see what I'm getting before I purchase. I honestly think that B&H should drop this item from their inventory. Anyone who buys it and doesn't complain is just being nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rack Cabinet. Better than I expected. By nearly one year, I doubted to purchase this desk because of the bad or low reviews but, since the first time I saw it, I fell in love with the look of this rack. So I finally decided to buy it here in B&HPhotoVideo and I must say that it arrived on time, with minor scratches, but looks great at my studio. It is well constructed and my worries about not fitting well, they all went away because I could build it in 20 minutes with no issues. All the holes were well in position, which I had read in other reviews that was one of the main problems. One of the bolts came damaged and B&H... answered pretty soon, I sent them photos and the code number as appeared in the manual and Onstage manufacturer sent me the whole bag with all bolts made for building this rack. Awesome and friendly customer service from both companies. So I am pretty happy and I am thinking in buying the other pieces and accesories for complementing my rack. All in all, I am pretty happy customer.
