It will not fit. you might consider The Broncolor L40 Standard Reflector for Siros and Siros L monolights is a general purpose reflector for these monolights. The L40 reflector accepts optional accessory honeycomb grids and barndoors for added light shaping capability.

Is this or the L40 best to get the most power the furthest as I'm going to need to photograph something at quite a large distance?

No it will not. The Einstein uses a Balcar mount, which will not work on Broncolor equipment. This reflector will only fit on Broncolor heads.
