You cannot replace the half ball, but if you have a Manfrotto tripod with a 100mm bowl you could also use the Manfrotto 319 75mm to 100mm Bowl Adapter for this head, BH #MA319.

Unfortunately it does not. The Pocket Cinema Camera 4K does not have a LANC connection for a remote such as this.

The 504HD head in this kit has a 75mm ball base. If the Sachtler tripod has a 75mm bowl it should work with the head in this kit.

The manfrotto before fluid head is no good. Would this head work on the before legs I already have? If not what is the recommended fluid head? My camera is a GH5 so the weight it low.
The BeFree is a lightweight tripod and fluid head that is good only for the lightest of cameras and uses. While you could put another video head on this tripod, I would suggest a more robust solution for you such as the Manfrotto MVH500A Fluid Drag Video Head with MVT502AM Tripod and Carry Bag B&H # MAMVH500AM.
