Is the fingerwheel programmable, or does Wacom have another stylus with wheel? I want to use it like the wheel in a 3-button mouse for Solidworks, and using a mouse is out of the question ergonomically.
The finger wheel works exactly like the button a 3-button mouse. However, it is also pressure/size adjustable by rolling the wheel. It works great for sculpting in ZBrush! It also works in Photoshop.

I think it should. We didn't have to do anything for it to operate on our 21. I think the Cintiqs just recognize the various pens.

Not sure, but the Cintiq website will tell you which accessories can be used with each models.
