This Amphibico POV FlexCam Underwater Housing is for the Panasonic AG-HCK10G Camera Head and Panasonic AG-HMR10P/10E Card Recorder point of view camcorder. Built with marine grade aluminum and brass with stainless steel hardware the housing allows use of the camcorder to depths down to 330'. It is a robust mechanical housing that shields both your Panasonic camera head and recorder in the most hostile environments, taking you to places and capturing those moments that would not be possible otherwise in the great outdoors. Wet or dry it doesn't matter; your camera and recorder are protected for you to concentrate on getting the job done. The housing features a moisture alaram, and if water gets past the o-ring seal on the recorder housing the alarm will warn you before damage is done.
This set has 2 configurations, you can use it for scuba diving or remote viewing. It includes the camera head housing, recorder housing, camera bracket hardware, dive grip and camera mount assembly, 12' telescopic pole, and 15' cable. For diving the camera head housing mounts on top of the recorder housing and the camera bracket hardware, dive grip and camera mount assembly connects all the components into a compact handheld system. The 15' cable is coiled and neatly stored on the front of the recorder housing. Or stay dry on land or on the boat and let the POV FlexCam go down for you, while you record and survey the area underwater. With its 12' telescopic pole, you now have flexibility that will open up numerous possibilities. Don't limit yourself to underwater usage; the telescopic pole option can be used topside to capture out of reach subject matter.
The camera head housing has 3 open slots, so you can attach up to 3 Amphibico Discovery 10W HID lights to the housing. Opportunities abound, the POV FlexCam allows for various applications for different industries, including but not limited to: scuba diving, military, research and surveying, search and rescue, law enforcement, industrial applications, film & TV production, and fish farming observations.
