question

is it possible for one body pack to simultaneously operate two separate receivers if a second receiver of the same frequency was purchased ?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, as long as the receivers are both in the same frequency band and are set to the same group and channel. After you scan and sync the first receiver to your bodypack, you will need to set the group and channel on the second receiver manually.

Can I run this audio to my camera from the receiver?
Asked by: Blair
Yes, the audio from the Shure PGXD14/85 Digital Wireless Cardioid Lavalier Microphone System can be connected to a camera. You can use an XLR female to 3.5mm TRS cable like the Kopul XRSM 3-Pin XLR Female to 3.5mm RA Stereo Mini-Plug Cable - 15' (B&H # KOXRSM15B) in any length you prefer to connect to a DSLR or mirrorless camera, or use a standard XLR female to XLR male cable to connect to a camera with an XLR mic input. Please be aware that the PGXD14/85 System has a tabletop receiver that requires AC power, not a camera-mount receiver that can be powered with batteries. If you prefer a wireless microphone system that includes a camera-mountable receiver, please feel free to contact us by phone or through live chat and we can assist you to find the best system to use with your specific camera.

Is the beltpack TA4? So I could use any other TA4F mic element instead of whatever comes with this set?
Asked by: Stephanie
The bodypack has a TA4/Mini XLR 4-Pin Male Input, any microphone with this connection that says it's made for Shure or by Shure will work.
