question

What is the negative size of this film? Will it produce a 6x7 negative? I would like to use it with a Mamiya RZ67 Pro IID Pro Medium Format SLR Camera.
Asked by: Anonymous
120 film is the correct size film for the Mamiya RZ67 Pro IID Pro Medium Format SLR Camera. The film is 6 centimeters from top to bottom and you will be able to get 10 photos per roll of 120 film.

question

I thought Kodak went bankrupt. How old is this film and who makes it. Is it made in the USA ?
Asked by: Anonymous
Kodak filled for Chapter 11 in 2012 to reorganization as a company. They emerged in 2013. In a press release from August 2013 they stated: Kodak noted that in addition to the commercial, packaging and functional printing and enterprise services businesses, it also continues to own and operate the Consumer Inkjet, Entertainment Imaging, Commercial Film and Specialty Chemicals businesses, given the companys expertise, capabilities and strong customer relationships in these markets, as well as their combined cash-generating capability. Kodak never stopped film production and all Kodak films sold as new are fresh and not within 6 months of its exp date.

question

Hi:when is Expiration date ?thank you
Asked by: Anonymous
B&H buys and sells film in bulk. In general we regularly maintain fresh film stock. All of our film is at least 6 months from expiration (typically much longer). Anytime film stock is less than 6 months from expiration we sell it in a separate section and label it as short-dated film and also price it with a slight discount (again due to the volumes we sell this rarely occurs). Unfortunately we do not have access to our inventory to hand inspect the expiration date of any of our films prior to purchase.

Asked by: Laura
the PORTRA 400 (120 roll film) WILL NOT FIT in this camera... you will need to use the PORTRA 135 (35mm version) it's the same product but in a smaller (35mm) format. good luck and happy shooting.

question

I'm looking for film for an old Brownie Hawkeye. Will this work?
Asked by: Anonymous
The Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera uses 620 film, not 120 film, and would not be compatible with the Kodak 120 Professional Portra 400 Color Negative Film (Pro Pack, 5 Rolls) listed above. You would have to choose one of the 620 roll films we have listed on our website. http://bhpho.to/1fbaWFp

What's the expiration date on this film?
Asked by: LEE
Kodak Professional Portra 400 Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film, 5-Pack), like all film sold by B&H, has an expiration date a minimum of 6 months later than the delivery date to the customer. Film is stored under recommended conditions, but we do not have access to individual film orders.
