NewTek TriCaster STUDIO (Full Unit for Radio)

The NewTek TriCaster STUDIO (Full Unit for Radio) is a video unit that delivers portable live production and streaming with photo-real live virtual sets. Offering the ability to switch between 6 cameras with 3-cam ISO previews or 6-cam shared preview, the Tricaster STUDIO incorporates real-time keying, titling, audio mixing, live streaming, virtual sets, etc. and provides up to 20 hours of recording capacity. It includes 6 tally light connections that indicate which camera is in use, useful in multiple camera environments.

Using 6 Y/C, composite, component input ports, the TriCaster STUDIO supports AVI, DV, MPEG-2, QuickTime, HDV, JPG, PNG, and other video formats and renders outputs in both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios in AVI, DV, MPEG-2, DVD, QuickTime, and MP4 formats using 2 Y/C, composite, and component output ports. Audio support is provided using 4 balanced Mic/Line inputs (XLR or phone) and audio output is provided using 2 balanced line (phone), 2 unbalanced line (RCA), and 1 stereo headphone ports. The TriCaster STUDIO ingests video using a 4-pin and a 6-pin IEEE FireWire and it includes iVGA connection for network import.

Equipped with the LiveSet virtual set technology and weighing 19 lb, the TriCaster STUDIO allows you to achieve the look of a sophisticated studio setting within a very small studio space without the need for external equipment.
