Is this plug in compatable with apple/mac computers systems? I just bought an apple retina display monitor 21 screen. Is it downloaded softwaer or dvd disc? I'll need downlaod software since there is no disc drive on this monitor.

This boxed software is out of date; I had to upgrade to Color FX Pro 4 from Google Nik Collection. Go directly to Google to purchase the software: go to Google dot com slash nikcollectionSorry for the delayed response.I wish I had known this before I made the purchase from B&H. Will this work with Photoshop/Lightroom if I do not have Nikon Capture?

I too bought this software for my Nikon d800, but there was so little information on the specs page, I thought it would load on my iMac (running latest Yosemite 10.10.7). It would not load with the error that Power PC applications are no longer supported. Called B&H customer support and they allowed an exception and sent me an RMA. Hope this helps other customers.

No. Currently ViewNX 2 is not supported.
