This Westcott 2-Pack Spiderlite TD6 Show PROMO Kit includes two TD6 heads, two Tilter Brackets, and twelve 50W daylight-balanced fluorescents. Two softboxes for portrait or product work are also included: a 36 x 48" Shallow softbox and a 12 x 36" Strip softbox. Westcott TD6 reviews

2-Pack Spiderlite TD6 Show PROMO Kit (110 VAC) is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 45.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Lights!!!!! I love this kit! Lots of light output and very soft. I have yet to attach the diffuser to the light modifiers. The modifiers do seem to intensify the light some. I film luxury real estate and I ask people to see if they can figure how I lit a room. Most people cannot because they give off such a natural light. And I tell them, Ok, if you can't tell then I've done my job.My only wish is that they came with the bulb case. Make sure you spend the extra $* to get 2 of the cases. Especially because a set of replacement bulbs is $*Search here for: Westcott 6870That will shave at least 7 minutes off the roughly 10 minutes it takes to set the lights up. Don't let that deter you. They are so worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! I purchased this set for my studio to replace my very hot burning lamps. They are amazing! I love the wide spread of diffused light. I haven't noticed any hot spots. They are large and heavy, so be sure to purchase sturdy light stands for them. My husband sat under these for 6 hours in a santa suit and was just a little on the warm side, which he is anyways :-) Most of my studio work is newborns, so continuos lighting is a must for me! Strobes and sleeping newborns just don't get along. I do like that I can mimic window light with the large softbox. I highly recommend this set of lights!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultimate in simplicity For portrait work they make professional lighting quick, easy, and ACCURATE. What you see is what you get with continuous lighting no shoot, evaluate, adjust . . shoot again, etc. No manual adjustments of combinations of shutter speed and aperture, just set the camera to aperture priority and shoot just like in outdoor lighting and get natural light results because the lights are the same temperature as daylight . . . and they are cool literally. And the light boxes are super simple to set up, just plug in the four ribs and you're ready to gono speed rings to mess with. Now I can set up the lighting I like and spend my time shooting without guesswork and calculating. The cost, that's a no-brainer. And, no, I do not work for this company, I just know a good thing when I see it in action.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade for me! I bought a lighting kit from cowboy studio 4 months ago and although the price was great, there is a reason for that. After looking unprofessional in front of my clients with broken lights, and after lots of shopping around, I moved on to these. I am so happy with the build quality and the output of these lights, and you feel good about your investment. I wish there were light stands with this kit, but those arent terribly expensive to add on. I loved the continuous light as you always know your result before hitting the shutter, I just needed better quality and I found that here. I definitely would choose these again if I wanted to add more lights down the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product The kit is well worth the price based on the quality of the images you get back. Had to buy the stands and a travel bag since I don't own a studio. I also suggest buying the cases to hold the bulbs if you travel a lot. The light is very soft and you have a lot of control with three on switches. Great for headshots or other portraits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lights These lights are great. I have been using them every day for the last few weeks and have had no major issues. They are easy to set up and the construction is top notch. The softboxes give you very diffused and even light and are very sturdy. The picture however is a bit misleading. The 36 x 48 softbox I received is not actually white, it has a gridded pattern over it. If you are shooting reflective things close up, this will show up in the pictures. On the plus side, they run very cool so you can leave them on for a long time and not have to worry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bulbs rubbing I just put this set together for the first time and the bulbs rub the inside of the soft box of the smaller ateip light. Is this normal? I know the bulbs get pretty warm. I cannot imagine this is how the manufacture intended this to fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great continuous light Picked these up to have a continuous light source for newborn sessions, and couldn't be happier. Compared to the TD5s which we've shot with, but don't own, they just add a little more versatility and range with ISO and shutter speed...but it's worth it. Only downside would be that you have to keep them on stands and can't set them down since the bulbs are not protected inside the softbox (compared to our AlienBees strobes that you can set down anywhere anytime). That's just the nature of the beast with CLFs, though...not just the TD6.
