RODE MICRO BOOMPOLE Reviews
I have my zoom f3 attached to the top with my Sen 600
you get what you pay for
It's a cheaper boom pole but it does it's job well and the foam handle is a good build quality. Only complaint is the fastening joints to lengthen and shorten it seem like they won't last too long
perfect match for my new AT875R.
Boompole For Almost Any Need
This boompole is great for stationary interview recordings as well as when you are on the move (fairly lightweight). I highly recommend this boompole. I am currently using this pole with the Auray Boom Pole Holder & Impact C-Stand with Quick Release Sliding Leg.
Literally the perfect boom
Great for interviews with a boom holder or for a boom operator
I was expecting just a little more.
The over all finish looks ok. The poles shows a small illustration to indicate the direction to twist the pole in order to lock and unlock it. I found that the pole opens and locks when twisting it the same direction. I also found the pole to be very stiff when trying to extend or retract it even though it isn't locked. On a good note, it does lock securely in place which will help protect your mic on the end of the boompole. I find the poles grip to be nice, long and comfortable to hold. One oversight I had was the size of screw for the microphone attachment. It does not fit my shot gun mic. check the size on the thread of your shot gun mic before purchase.
Nice and light, I'm happy.
Screw is too big
Screw is too big for my shotgun mic
