Zing Designs MPBK1 overview

  • 1Description

The Zing Design Medium Drawstring Pouch is a drawstring accessory pouch with a color keyed stretch Lycra top hem that allows the drawstring to slide smoothly and cinch tightly. It can be used in a bag for extra padding, worn on a belt through the reinforced web loop, or clipped to a bag, strap or belt using the sewn on plastic snap hook. Because this is a drawstring pouch, the exterior, diameter measurement of 4" will probably translate into room for an item up to 3.125" or less.

    Zing Designs MPBK1 reviews

MPBK1 Medium Drawstring Pouch (Black/Blue) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect To Carry Your Marbles In I have a few of these pouches by Zing. Three of this size and some others. They have a nice tactile feeling and are useful for holding lenses, radio triggers, and other equipment. They make it easier to access your stuff by just pulling the whole drawstring bag out of one of the partitions or pockets in your camera bag. My wife bought a small generic size Zing case for a camera she used 10 or so years ago. It is made of the same material and still in great shape, currently bopping around in her purse with her pocket camera in it. Can't beat these, especially for the price. I not only recommend them, I recommend several of them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made pouch Well made neoprene pouch provides effective protection for expensive gear. These pouches are perhaps a big pricey, after all they are basically drawstring bags. But they are well made and durable. Most importantly the fabric-covered neoprene construction provides protection for delicate and expensive gear with minimal bulk. For those who have use of such features there are also a clip for attachment to D-rings and a provision for mounting to web attachments or a belt. The overall quality is what one expects in a Zing product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misleading dimensions Buyer beware, the interior dimensions listed here under Specs are very misleading. If you purchase this 7L x 4dia pouch thinking that a lens with a 3.75 dia hood will fit inside, you will be very disappointed, as I was. The largest lens/hood that will go into the medium pouch is 3.125 dia.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice value....but This is a nice pouch to protect equipment when on the go. As a professional in the field I use a number of them. They do a good job for the cost however I would rather pay a dollar or two more and get a quality clip on it. I cut the plastic hard to use clip off and go to ... and color matching D-Clips to replace them. ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tight fit with a GX8 I was looking for a good case in which to transport a Panasonic DMC-GX8 body. It's a snug fit in this pouch (body cap only, no lens), but is perfect for protecting the camera while traveling to a destination. The pouch is well padded and closes tightly with the drawstring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bag I use this bag to keep my Sony 55-210mm lens protected and it works very well. The bag can be used on my belt for quick access, or I can clip the bag on my backpack. The bag is well made and has a good closure. For the price, this was perfect for what I was looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little pouch I bought this Zing pouch to hold a flash accessory but ending up using it to carry a lens hood for my Canon 10-22mm zoom. I liked so well that I am ordering several more in other sizes to hold various pieces of gear. Great addition to my kit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it shows This is made of good quality material and has a nice bungee string to tie it up. The material is soft and helps to protect delicate items. It's also water repellent (though not submersible).
