The AP-411 Lip Sync Corrector from AV Toolbox is a compact tool that allows you to correct audio/video timing mismatches that create a loss of sync in program content. If the delay is over 300 msec can the output of the left channel be looped back to the input of the right channel( or Vice versa) to give an increase of approximately twice as much delay for a monaural application?
If you do that it with the AV Toolbox AP-411 Lip Sync Corrector. It will very likely cause what are called multiple repeats. Which would be the signal feeding back on itself. The time between the repeats will be determined by the setting you use.

Is the dial a full spectrum dial or increments? In other words, can it be set to 175 ms for example?
