The large Whanganui Electronics Case from Aquapac is named after the Whanganui River, a major river in the North Island of New Zealand. For that kind of environment, you really need a case that will meet the challenge for keeping your gear safe and dry.

This case is designed with Aquapac's "Aquaclip" - a rustproof, injection-molded plastic seal. Submersible to 15', the Whanganui will hold your iPad, tablet PC. Or, if you prefer, store your personals (passport, camera, wallet) inside to keep them safe from dust, moisture and, worst of all, sand. Backed by a five-year warranty, this case can prove to be an invaluable asset against the elements when traveling through marginal climates.

Large Whanganui Electronics Case (17.3 x 11.5", Cool Gray) is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for transport This provides a watertight seal for transporting medium-sized DSLRs. I use it while kayaking, where the truly waterproof cameras don't offer enough telephoto options. I normally carry my Nikon AW100 or Olympus TG-2 in case I want to take an underwater shot, but have a Canon SX50 HS in the AquaPac to use for photographing wildlife. It will hold a larger DSLR if the lens is removed.
