Mini DisplayPort to DVI-I Adapter is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 50.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Different DVI connectors We're working with Wacom Cintiques on an animated project, and recently upgraded to a new Mac. All seems well, except that all screen connections are now different, and had to replace the connector. We got a dvi-mini display, which when we opened, realized it's NOT a DVI-I. So after a quick search including a lot of tiny images of differently shaped pins and connectors, we found the right one here. Make sure what kind of DVI connector you need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works, but.... I bought the Mini Display Port to DVI Adapter by Xcellon instead of Apple because of the price difference. I am using this to connect my Mid 2012 MacBook Pro to my Dell 2209WA Monitor, and I am using the DVI cord that came with the monitor... Here is why this is only getting 3 stars... The screws from my DVI cable do not fit into the DVI adapter. It appears that the female ends in the Xcellon adapter are set in too far for the screws from the cord to reach. Now since the screws fit fine on everything else I've connected my monitor to, the issue must be with the Xcellon adapter. I'm still giving it 3 stars because it does work. My MacBook Pro and Monitor are connected and are working, but I would feel better if I had the extra security of the two screws holding the connection together. Might not be a big issue for you, and honestly it's not for me. I'm keeping the adapter because of the price difference. Just thought I'd share this info incase it's a deal breaker for you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Consider your options ... This product, as a cheaper version of Apples product does work fine for smaller applications in the short term, however, for long term usage with respect to video delivery, this product is not the answer. It may work just fine until you are on tour in Japan and then fail on you in the most crucial moment, causing ridicule from the Japanese stage crew for buying a cheap Chinese product. Don't be that guy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly I bought 2 of these for my laptop for a dual monitor display. These are less than half the price than the Apple brand. I also own the apple version on another computer and these are the exact same build and don't feel or work any different. I love Apple but spend your money on their computers/tablets and save yourself a few bucks on accessories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly. Simple to install. This adapter works perfectly and is much cheaper than the Apple original. I bought 3. 1. For home. 2. For the office. 3. For traveling. Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job Does what it's supposed to do at a very reasonable price. The jackscrews don't reach the connector on the cable. Don't know which is at fault.
