The LCT 140 Back-Electret Condenser Microphone from Lewitt is a compact and rugged microphone that delivers big audio results with its electret condenser low-mass transducer. The LCT 140 is great for project and professional recording applications, and is an ideal choice for drum capturing, percussion, overheads, amplifier cabinets, group vocals, stereo recordings (requires pair) and more.

The microphone features a wide frequency response and dynamic range for pristine detail and clarity. An attenuation (pad) switch enhances headroom and minimizes noise and distortion, and a low-frequency roll-off switch (HPF) minimizes low-frequency noise. The LCT 140 is immune to electromagnetic interference (RFI) from Wi-Fi, cell phones, and other electronic devices.

Cardioid pickup pattern for effective isolation of the intended sound source and minimal background noise
Dynamic range of 124 dB and very low self-noise level
Recessed slide switch for attenuation and HPF selection
Immune to electromagnetic interference thanks to transformerless output stage
Rugged die-cast body means durability
LED displays (can be optionally switched off) for quick indication of current settings
Gold-plated 3-pin XLR output connector
Hexagonal steel-mesh grille with matte black finish
