About the Author
Andrew Hagerman, who began his musical life as an aspiring tubist at the age of eight, studied at the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago. During that period, Hagerman recognized the usefulness of computer music technologies, then in their infancy. Hagerman mastered these technological tools of the trade as they were being invented and refined, and his quest for the best in audio and music technology ultimately brought him to use and teach Avid's Pro Tools.
