  • Mount Two Camera Flashes Together
  • 1Description

The Double Flash Bracket from DIY is a simple, effective way to mount two camera flashes onto one swivel/light stand. Whether you want to gain one f/stop more exposure, or give yourself a faster recycling time (using two strobes at half power rather than one at full power), having more light available to you is always a good idea. Even better, mounting your strobes on the Double Flash Bracket will give you 100% on-axis lighting. The system includes a bracket, a set of 6 DIY rubber bands and a wing nut. Make sure that your swivel ends with a threaded stud (or get a stud) to use this system.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money Horrible product. Super flimsy, thin metal plate, a wing-nut (no lightstand mount included) and some rubber bands - which broke almost immediately. I unpacked the item, put the rubber bands on the attach points (for storage, no flashes involved at this point). With medium tension, one of the rubberbands broke as I unhooked it to try out putting some flashes on it. I'm using Canon 600-EX-RTs, and the rubber bands cannot reach around them to connect back to the plate. Save your money - this is a poorly designed and built product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Double Flash Power! The flashes will mount on their smaller sides. I tried to mount the flashes using wider side of flashes, they do not fit well that way; I assume the bracket isn't designed to work that way. Just use it as shown and it will work fine. I did manage to pop one of the six rubber bands by stretching it too much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome piece I mainly use speedlights for most of my shoots and mainly cause I dont wanna use strobes due to them being so heavy . Therefore at time you need additional power specially when it comes to the middle of the day and this allows me to get a decent amount of power when I need it. it is a bit hard to getting use to it, but if you like to innovate stuff and rig you stuff and getting creative you definitely need this in your bag.
