question
I want to attach ballhead from befree manfrotto tripod to this monopod. It attaches well but I cant use tightening knob on a ballhead since the radius of mounting plate on sirui monopod is too wide and its get into the way of tightening knob of manfrotto ballhead. Is there any way I can use another mounting plate of a smaller diameter for this monopod? Thank you for your advice ladies and gentlemen.
Sirui does not have a smaller plate for this monopod. However you may try to remove the plate and screw the head on the column itself. If it sits on the tubing firmly and you feel comfortable with the stability, this may be an answer
