question

How to install sketch pro or painter x3 into cintiq 24HD interactive pen display?Do I need a computer with DVD RW to install apps for cintiq 24HD?
Asked by: Anonymous
The Cintiq 24HD is not a standalone computer. It is a Wacom digitizer (and a great one at that). You will need a computer with sufficient power connected to the unit to run any and all applications. You would connect it to the PC/MAC via the video cables. Essentially like a monitor except with a usb connector as well to pass the pen input back to the computer.
