The 25-125x80 Gladiator Zoom Binocular from Barska is designed for long distance terrestrial and astronomical viewing. The expansive variable magnification range of the binocular allows the viewer to scan a large field of view and then zoom in on the selected object for a closer and greater detailed look. A zoom thumb-lever for making quick and smooth magnifications is featured. Fold-down eyecups are incorporated into the eyepieces for comfort viewing with or without eyeglasses.

The 25-125x80 Gladiator Zoom binocular has BAK4 porro prisms and multicoated optics. Zoom magnification, large green tinted objective lenses, shock-absorbing rubber armor, and a braced-in tripod mounting post for a steady view, contribute to a binocular that's ideal for astronomical or long distance terrestrial viewing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Binocs I have had these binos for over a year now. They have become my favorite. I have a 25x100 & 20x80. These have the advantage of variable magnification, plus they are much lighter then the 25x100. If when you first buy them, and they have a double image at 25x, they are out collimation, return them. There is a learning curve with zoom binoculars. Once you get used to them, you will really enjoy the variable magnification. Have a good view

Rated 1 out of 5 by from a disapointment I called for return authorization within hours of getting this. At anything over 25x, when I look through the binoculars, instead of the two images joining to form one, I got two separate images. I think part of the problem is I couldn't get the two eyepieces close enough together to match my eyes. Not everyone would have this problem. Also, looking through the binoculars at high power is like looking through the cardboard tube inside a roll of paper towels. These binoculars were pretty much worthless at anything over 25x.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from BARSKA BINOCULAR My sons loves the zoom magnification power of these binoculars. Dad loves the price and quality. It is a bit tough to hold the binoculars steady. A tripod would be very handy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the money.. I purchased this for a friend that does not have Internet access. It was received before the promised date (that's good for holiday shipping) and I checked it out. It appeared to be good. Clear images, no problem with focusing or zooming. Only downside was a small exit pupil, less than what I would have liked. Problems in the past with similar items (mainly alignment) were not there for this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good binoculars very good for long distance viewing but extremely heavy you really have to have a tripod, so depends on what how you're going to use them, not good for carrying around, but great if you can fix yourself somewhere with a tripod and look at the starts or long distances out to sea etc.
