Nikon TA-N100 overview

  • 1Description

The Nikon TA-N100 Tripod Adapter for 1 J1 & 1 V1 Digital Cameras is a spacer that's useful when you've outfitted your J1 or V1 mirrorless camera with a larger lens and you're mounting it on a tripod head. These cameras are so tiny that the diameter of a large lens will often extend past the camera bottom. The TA-N100 puts space between the lens and the head, ensuring that the two won't make awkward contact.

The TA-N100 adapter features a standard 1/4"-20 screw for attaching to the tripod mount of the Nikon 1 J1 or 1 V1. This extends and retracts easily via the thumb dial.

    Nikon TA-N100 reviews

    TA-N100 Tripod Adapter for 1 J1 & 1 V1 Digital Cameras is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding This is a very handy little tripod attachment that is easy to use and works well with either tripod or monopod. I would recommend. Plenty of clearance between camera body and either pod platform.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed for Sony's New lens I had to purchase this for Sony A7S. I am using their new 18-300mm power zoom lens that has a servo housing on the bottom of the lens. When I put a hexagon quick release plate on the camera it hits the servo housing on the lens. Not any more! Well built good price, no complaints.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit expensive, but worth it. I bought this to work with my Sony a6300 and it works perfectly. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but it's worth it because it will let me use fat lenses and long QR plates. It feels solid, and it won't slip and loosen itself.
