As with everything with a brand-name accessory, the strap is overpriced, but it works great. I wish Ricoh included it with the camera rather than what comes in the box.
It's nice to be able to tighten the strap around the wrist. The string loop is a bit thicker than the one delivered with the camera. Altogether, it feels safe and matches the Ricoh GR well.
