This one grew on me

This is the film I started to learn film photography on. At first, I was not the biggest fan of it, but the more I go back and shoot it, the more I enjoy it. I find that the colors on this film have a good balance of warmth without it being too overboard. My only gripe with this film is I don't think it has the exposure latitude of some of Kodak's other film stocks. Particularly for me, I doesn't seem to handle over exposure very well. Again, I also was learning when I spent the bulk of my time with it, and the rolls I've shot since then don't have this problem as much, but it does seem to wash out a bit easier than some other films. Overall, still love this film! Definitely a good place to start :)

Perfect

They worked exactly as they were supposed too. They weren't expired, nor were there any issues with the film alone. They came in on time and everything. These were my first two rolls of film ever and 90 percent of my photos came out just finnnne. Thumbs up.

Love it

I got it, I put it in my camera, but I haven't got it developed yet. It came in on time so that is great. This is my first ever roll of film so... if the photos come out bad I can't say it was the film...

Is it ok to store the film in the fridge for like 9 months after it’s already exposed and then develop it? Will it be effected?
Asked by: Safwan
You can certainly keep film in the fridge, exposed or unexposed, but I don't know that I would wait 9 months to have it developed. The sooner the better.

Has anyone used this film with flash? I may be shooting this in a small club with the usual red blue green stage lighting. Is there anything I should know about this film's performance before I experiment with it? Thanks.

I think it works well

question

expiration date?
Asked by: Anonymous
B&H buys and sells film in bulk. In general we regularly maintain fresh film stock. All of our film is at least 6 months from expiration (typically much longer). Anytime film stock is less than 6 months from expiration we sell it in a separate section and label it as short-dated film and also price it with a slight discount (again due to the volumes we sell this rarely occurs). Unfortunately we do not have access to our inventory to hand inspect the expiration date of any of our films prior to purchase.
