How many blades come with it?
The #702 is a replacement part bevel cutting head that comes with the Artist Elite or Simplex series. It is not retail packaged and it does not come with extra blades. But it uses the Logan #270 blade.

How do you change blades?
There are a large-knob screw and a guide plate that secure the blade. Remove the screw and lift the plate, then you can swap the old blade for a new one.
