Can it display panoramic photos that are wider than 16:9 without cropping the ends of the photo? I'm OK with extra space above and below the picture.
Asked by: Dwight
The manual only lists 16:9 and 4:3. Reports that letterboxing is available. Our opinion is that you should be OK.

question

I get very bad banding/posterization on colors in images that display just fine on my computer monitor. It appears this frame has only about 4 bits per color per pixel. I've tried changing the brightness, contrast and saturation settings to no avail. Is this a sample defect or are they all this way?
Asked by: James G.
I found that by converting my photos to jpeg Adobe RGB 1998 the colors were good. When I tried Prophoto RGB the colors were off. I did the conversion upon exporting from Lightroom to a flash drive, which I used in the photo frame.

question

Can I email pictures to this frame?
Asked by: Anonymous
I don't know of anyway of e-mailing to the photo frame, but there might be someone else that knows of a way. I usually download the picture to the thumb drive or the SD card. I can see where it would be nice to e-mail directly to the frame for a relative that may have trouble downloading a picture.Dawn
