I would use this with RRS BH-55 and Wimberly gimbal head. Should I get the large or regular size leveling base?
Asked by: George
The Really Right Stuff BH-55 Ball Head with Full-Size Lever-Release Clamp would work great with the Acratech Large Leveling Base.

question

Still trying to get my hands around. Would this make sense for ball head tripod heads at all? Or is it mostly for pan and tilt heads?
Asked by: Albert
Also, if you shoot panoramas, this will help in getting the ballhead base level so your stitching is smooth. I own it, but seldom use it with the ballhead, just with my video fluid head. BTW, this is made well and works great.
